Empowerment Coaching
I am available for coaching on a limited basis due to my unique style and approach. While I am formally trained as a coach, my preference is not to do long-term coaching with clients. I have found that using my intuitive skills and 25-years experience with crisis management I prefer to meet one-on-one and dive into and explore what ‘issues’ come up and develop a plan on where to go from there. I feel those individuals that are really ready for change appreciate this fast paced coaching that relies more on empowering the client then building a coaching practice for me.
My intuitive skills have aided clients to experience life-changing directions in both their personal lives and careers. The insight I have from working with and in traumatic situations gives me a unique perspective that has the ability to quickly wade through and transcend emotional turmoil getting to the heart of what matters. Once that is unearthed, the real work begins. I serve as the catalyst to get my clients back on track to living their empowered life.
